The Sacramento Women and Girls Advancement Coalition (SWAC) is a non-partisan coalition of women with extensive and diverse community networks throughout the City of Sacramento. Founded in 2016, the purpose of SWAC is to advance the economic prosperity, political power and well-being of women and girls in all communities throughout Sacramento.
